I’m Monica, a licensed cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience in the U.S. I studied in Toronto, Canada, and graduated in 2003. Since then, I’ve continued learning and upgrading my skills every year to stay inspired and up to date with the latest trends. I specialize in precision haircuts, customized coloring, and special treatments that help restore and enhance hair quality. I’m certified with Ybera Paris and TRUSS for anti-frizz treatments, and with Alfaparf Milano and Keune for professional color.

Two colors process

Consultation required before appointment (video call or pictures).
Double process is typically used when lightening hair by more than two shades. First, the hair is bleached to remove natural or colored hair pigments. Then, pigment is added into the bleached or lightened hair to create the desired shade.
The process : first application to lighten your present hair color, second application to create the perfect tone (permanent or semi-permanent)

A new color or toner is applied all over your head to create a new base color.
Color is applied to cover grey or new growth from previous hair color. Can provide a complete color change, enhance natural tones or add texture.

Face Frame Highlights

Consultation recommended before appointment (video call or pictures).
In contrast to softer techniques like balayage and babylights, these thick and stripy highlights are unapologetically bold and anything but subtle.
Color is placed with foils around the face to brighten hair.

Partial highlights are only in sections, usually placed around the face AND on top of the crown to give off a brighter, face-framing look and to brighten hair over all

Full Highlights

Consultation recommended before appointment (video call or pictures).
A full highlight involves highlighting hair in every section of your head. This could be slightly lightening all of your hair or for something more dramatic, such as going from brunette to blonde.
Color is placed with foils throughout the whole head to brighten hair over all.

Balayage Color (full head)

Consultation required before appointment (video call or pictures).
Balayage is a technique where hair color is painted onto the hair to create a graduated, more natural-looking highlight effect.
It also gives softer, less noticeable regrowth lines.

: Hair Extensions Tape In - Full Head

Installation of tape in hair extensions for a full head.
The customer books the service on DashStylists.com for the day of the hair service (we recommend 5 days before at least). Prior to the hair service, customer and stylist set up a phone/video consultation included in the service.
The service includes the installation of about 30 sandwiched pieces, the cut and the style.
The removal is NOT included and is an upgrade to add to the service.
