My Wife is in her 70's and suffering with Progressive MS. Mike got directions with my help and brought everything up. We chose the best chair for her to sit in and I stayed out of the picture so Carol and he could decide her hair style. She is NOT pleased with the style Mike came up for her - it looks like a short mop. It need another inch off it and some kind of conditioner/hairspray. Mike said he would send me a product picture of one for us to buy - He did not. We are retired and on fixed income. I left a HUGE tip of $30 for his efforts and clean up afterwards. I think this needs more attention before I post it on Yelp and other sites. Ray Shriver in the care of Carol S. Michael was great, he called ahead to let me know he was running early and that worked out. He helped me choose the cut and did a great job. I'd definitely have him do my hair again.
