Women's Perm, Cut & Style - Short/Medium Hair

A perm, short for "permanent wave," is a chemical hair treatment that adds curl or waves to naturally straight hair or enhances the existing curl or wave pattern in hair. During a perm, a chemical solution is applied to the hair to break and reform the bonds of the hair shaft.
