I had my first appointment with Gianna yesterday. She called ahead to make sure I knew she was on her way, and arrived on time She asked me how I wanted my hair done and I told her what I would like and she gave me exactly what I had envisioned in my head. Usually, the first appointment with a new hairdresser is iffy because you never know how they interpret what you want. For me, this was a very good experience and I will be calling her back when I need my hair done again. I will also tell anyone who needs an in-home hairdresser about Gianna. Theresa Albritton
