About me...

Hello my name is William Cooper I'm a Retired International Master Hairstylist, Barber & Massage therapist from Cincinnati Ohio. I used to own 3 Upscale beautiful Hair Salons Called La' Coop Salon & Day Spa's for over 35 years. I have been in the Beauty Hair Spa Cosmetic Industry for over 40 years! I also work as a Platform Artist styling and creating designs all over the country! In 2014 I retired and moved to beautiful Sunny Isles Beach Florida. Who would have thought I would have got bored after 2 years of retirement. So I went back to work for the world famous Fountainbleau Hotel Lapis Hair Salon & Spa, as their International Master Hairstylist Styling guest hair from all over the world! Two colors process

Double process is typically used when lightening hair by more than two shades. First, the hair is bleached to remove natural or colored hair pigments. Then, pigment is added into the bleached or lightened hair to create the desired shade.

A full highlight involves highlighting hair in every section of your head. This could be slightly lightening all of your hair or for something more dramatic, such as going from brunette to blonde.
