The basic manicure includes old polish removal, nail shaping, hand massage, and polish reapplication.

A Russian manicure is done to perform cuticle care. File nails into
the shape desired and then the rubber gel base is applied. Next either soft or hard gel is placed on the nail and worked to create a strong apex. Apply gel color and top coat. Rub hands with moisturizer, finish with oil.

Removal of existing polish must be booked separately.

The process starts with a careful assessment of the nail plate and cuticles. Using the e-file, the technician removes only dead tissue around the nail, leaving healthy skin intact. Calluses are smoothed without the aggressive scraping or razors used in some traditional pedicures.
